Custom Patch Order Form
Welcome to our custom patch order form! Whether you’re looking to design a patch for a special event, a special quote, or just for fun, we’ve got you covered.
Step 1: Complete the order form.
Be sure to scroll through the form completely and answer all questions.
Step 2: Upload Your Design.
If you have an image, you may upload a copy. Image must be clean and be in one of the following formats: BMP, JPG, TIF, PNG, GIF, SVG, DST. All images must have a minimum resolution of 300. We can assist in correcting your image resolution for a flat fee of $5.00 per image.
Design and Image Notes:
- Twill Color - the background of your patch can be used as a color in your design as unstitched space. A smaller stitch count has a less cost.
- Text Color - be sure your text color does not blend in so much that it gets lost in the design.
- Image /Design - simplify complex images to avoid a loss of detail. Bold lines and distinct shapes translate better in embroidery than intricate details.
- Border (aka Merrow) - this gives the patch a definitive edge and a place to sew onto your garment.
Step 3: Submit Your Order
After completing the order form, be sure to double check everything before submitting.
Step 4: Review and Confirm
After submitting your order, we will review it and get in touch to confirm any details. This is your chance to make any adjustments or ask questions. We want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied before we move forward with production.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Custom Apparel!
Once everything is finalized, we’ll get to work on creating your custom patch.
