Custom T-shirts, Embroidery, Caps, and Sweatshirts:

Creating custom t-shirts, caps, or sweatshirts are an exciting way to showcase your creativity. To get started, think about the design you want. Do you have a specific logo, artwork, or message in mind? Remember, the more unique your design, the more it will stand out!

Once you have your design idea, the next step is to choose the type you want, there are various styles available. Make sure to select a color that complements your design!

  • We use Gildan Brand T-shirts & Sweatshirts. Heavy Cotton T-Shirts are made of U.S.-grown 100% cotton.  Some colors may include polyester. Gildan are considered to be true to size.
    • Men's: have a classic fit for loose comfort.
    • Women's have a semi-fitted side seam with a slightly contoured silhouette.
    • Hooded and Crewneck Sweatshirts
  • We use a 5-panel Cap.  These caps have one panel across the whole length of the bill without a seam. These are available in two types:
    • Foam Mesh-Back Trucker Cap
    • Brushed twill Cap

Custom Patches:

For patches, the process is quite similar. Think about the size, colors, and shape of the patch you want. Having a clear vision of your design will help in creating a patch that truly represents your idea.

A note on images and Logo's:

All images and Logo's will be researched prior to production.  All artwork provided by the client shall be artwork the client has full rights to reproduce. If you have approval to use an image or logo, please provide a copy of the approval.  Frazzled Tees LLC has the right to deny any request to use an image or logo that may result in copyright infringement.

Ready to place your order?

When you’re ready to place your order, complete the order form. This form will ask for details such as the quantity you want, sizes, colors, and any specific instructions regarding your design. Be sure to double-check all the information before submitting your order to avoid any delays.
