Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 -10 days to let you know your order is on the way!

HANDLING FEE: No handling fees charged.

STORE PICKUP is unavailable currently.  

LOCAL DELIVERY is an option for West Palm Beach Florida and surrounding areas within 50 miles.  All deliveries are by appointment only.  We will call to schedule a date and time once your order is ready.  Meeting location for all local deliveries will be at the American Legion Post 268, 1690 Avenue H W, Riviera Beach, FL 33404 during the Post's operating hours.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 days using USPS. Optional: We do not ship outside of the United States currently.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at frazzledtees@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
